Role Overview:
We are seeking a Freelance PR Consultant who is passionate about women’s health and skilled in creating impactful media narratives. You will work closely with our founder and leadership team to elevate EPIA’s presence across health, lifestyle, and wellness spaces, establishing our brand as a thought leader in fertility innovation.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic PR roadmap, including campaigns and timeline planning

Craft compelling press releases, pitch decks, and media kits tailored to diverse outlets

Secure media placements across digital, print, and broadcast platforms

Pitch stories to top-tier media across health, wellness, tech, lifestyle, and business

Coordinate interviews, podcasts, and media appearances for the founder and medical team

Track media trends and news cycles to identify timely opportunities
-
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and podcast hosts

Prepare monthly PR reports highlighting coverage and brand impact

Support PR efforts for clinic launches, product announcements, and brand events
Ideal Candidate Profile:
-
Minimum 5+ years of PR experience in health, wellness, lifestyle, or tech
-
Strong network of media contacts, especially in Indian press (International network a plus)

Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with an eye for newsworthy content

Deep interest in women’s health, wellness, and fertility innovation
-
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Experience with startups, clinics, or wellness brands is highly desirable
Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience supporting clinic/product launches or event-based PR

Past work with health tech platforms, wellness clinics, or fertility services

Familiarity with the fertility landscape in India
