About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and visionary Full Stack Web Developer who can help bring our innovative idea to life from the ground up. You’ll play a foundational role in building the product, shaping the tech stack, creating the website architecture, and helping form the core development team.
This is a unique opportunity to influence the direction of the project and make a tangible impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities:

Product Development: Help in building the MVP and scalable full-stack architecture for the website.

Blueprint & Planning: Ideation to create a comprehensive technical blueprint (architecture, user flow, features roadmap, etc.).

Technology Strategy: Recommend the most suitable tech stack based on scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.

Team Formation: Assist in hiring and mentoring interns/junior developers as the project scales.

Project Management: Define timelines, sprints, and technical deliverables.

Deployment & Maintenance: Set up CI/CD pipelines, handle server infrastructure, monitor performance, and maintain the codebase.
Requirements:
-
Proven experience in building full-stack web applications from scratch.

Expertise in front-end technologies like React.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

Strong back-end knowledge in Node.js, Express.js, Python/Django, or similar.

Familiar with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.

Experience mentoring or managing junior developers/interns is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous startup experience or working on zero-to-one projects.

Knowledge of SEO, accessibility, and performance best practices.

Passion for building user-centric digital experiences.
