Job Purpose
As a Functional Consultant – D365 Supply Chain Management, you will:
✔ Work with the Dynamics team to analyze business requirements, recommend solutions, and lead local project teams
✔ Develop and enhance Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management solutions
✔ Promote group-wide standardization & process improvement
Key Responsibilities
Business Engagement & Requirement Analysis
???? Engage with stakeholders to assess business needs, priorities & system requirements
???? Act as a champion for digital transformation in the Supply Chain domain
???? Prepare Functional Requirements Documentation (FRD)
Solution Development & Implementation
???? Work with the Dynamics 365 team to implement solutions across Lucy businesses
???? Test, validate & optimize system functionalities through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Acceptance Into Service (AIS) testing
???? Support process standardization & system integration
Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting
???? Facilitate meetings and provide clear communication for knowledge transfer
???? Present system schematics to support enterprise architecture decision-making
???? Ensure seamless business engagement & data-driven decision-making

✔ Documented business system requirements and clear engagement processes
✔ Effective data-driven insights for better decision-making
✔ Enhanced collaboration between business & IT teams
✔ Successful implementation & optimization of Dynamics 365 solutions

Qualifications & Skills
Mandatory Requirements
✅ MB-300 / MB-330 Certification (Preferred)
✅ 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 / Dynamics 365
✅ Strong knowledge of Supply Chain modules

✔ Excellent English communication & stakeholder management
✔ Ability to create detailed proposals, design documents & test scripts
✔ Strong business acumen with an understanding of end-to-end value chain
