The Workday Success Plans Team is focused on helping customers maximize the value of their Workday applications post-Go-Live. We deliver targeted programs and services, from product demonstrations to full feature deployments. Our professionals are passionate about solving business problems and unlocking new value for customers.
Do you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and fast-paced environments? As a Workday Success Plans Consultant, you will work directly with customers to help them get the most from their Workday investment through micro-consulting engagements. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, delivering guidance, configuration support, troubleshooting help, and feature demonstrations.
Customer-Facing Consulting & Support:
Conduct research to understand customer issues and related Workday concepts
Deliver small-scope consulting engagements (how-to guidance, best practices, demonstrations)
Troubleshoot and resolve product configuration issues
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to articulate value and solutions
Customer Enablement Services:
Present webinars on how to use Workday features to meet business goals (Accelerator Webinars)
Provide one-on-one consulting to speed up feature adoption (Feature Accelerator)
Review customer setups to find feature adoption opportunities (Tenant Reviews)
Conduct “Office Hours” – short, targeted consulting appointments
Perform configuration and requirements reviews with optimization recommendations
Deliver one-on-one customer configuration design sessions
Deploy new Workday features end-to-end
Continuous Learning & Contribution:
Maintain and update Workday product certifications
Stay informed on industry trends and customer-relevant topics
Contribute to new program development to increase feature adoption
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of IT implementation experience
3+ years working with HR and/or Finance systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft)
2+ years of software consulting experience
Preferred/Additional Qualifications:
Workday Certification in HCM (plus Talent, Recruiting, Absence, or Payroll)
Strong ability to learn and teach new Workday features
Skilled at translating technical concepts into simple language
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
Travel readiness up to 20%
