Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Event Package Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about travel and eager to learn about the travel industry. The successful candidate will assist in designing and managing travel packages, offering excellent customer service, and contributing to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Package Design: Assist in creating and customizing travel packages that include flights, accommodations, activities, and local experiences based on client preferences.
- Client Consultation: Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, offering recommendations and support.
- Vendor Relations: Build relationships with hotels, airlines, and tour operators to secure competitive rates and high-quality services.
- Market Research: Stay updated on travel trends and destination information to provide relevant package options.
- Booking Management: Assist in managing the booking process, including reservations, confirmations, and itinerary management.
- Customer Service: Provide support before, during, and after travel, addressing any client concerns or issues.
- Sales and Promotion: Help promote travel packages through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and travel fairs.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior experience required. A passion for travel and a willingness to learn is essential.
- Skills:
- Strong interest in travel and international destinations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with travel booking systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi. Additional language skills are a plus.
