Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Holidays Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their dream holidays. You will work closely with clients to understand their travel preferences, provide expert advice on destinations and itineraries, and ensure a seamless booking experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget constraints.

Destination Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest travel trends and possess in-depth knowledge of popular holiday destinations, attractions, accommodations, and activities.

Itinerary Planning: Create customized travel itineraries based on clients' preferences, including flights, accommodations, tours, transfers, and other services.

Booking Management: Handle all aspects of booking, including flight reservations, hotel bookings, car rentals, travel insurance, and more.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly and professionally.

Documentation and Compliance: Ensure that all travel documents, including visas, passports, and travel insurance, comply with regulatory requirements.

Sales and Revenue Generation: Promote additional services, upgrades, and special offers to maximize sales and enhance the overall client experience.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners to foster repeat business and referrals.

Technology Utilization: Use travel booking platforms, CRM systems, and other tools to streamline processes and increase productivity.

Team Collaboration: Work with other team members, including sales, operations, and customer support, to deliver seamless and memorable travel experiences.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Holidays Consultant, Travel Consultant, or a similar role in the travel and tourism industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation.

In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and travel products.

Proficiency in travel booking systems such as Galileo, Amadeus, or similar platforms.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.

Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism management, or a related field is preferred.
