Job Summary
We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Holiday Consultants with a strong background in international tours and holiday sales. The role involves end-to-end management of holiday packages, from inquiry handling to itinerary design and post-trip support.
Key Responsibilities
???? Sales & Client Handling

Understand customer travel preferences and suggest customized holiday packages

Handle inquiries, explain international tour offerings, and close sales effectively
???? Itinerary Planning & Customization

Design holiday plans within the client’s budget and travel goals

Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and operators for seamless travel arrangements
???? Market Research & Strategy

Stay informed on the latest travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings
???? Customer Support & Resolution

Assist clients throughout their travel journey

Resolve booking or cancellation-related concerns

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and collect service feedback
???? Reporting & Documentation

Maintain clear documentation of client interactions, bookings, and feedback
Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1+ year in international holiday/tour sales

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Languages: English (preferred)

Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
