Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced International Travel Consultant with a strong background in sales to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to sell international travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Client Consultation & Travel Planning:
- Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budget.
- Provide personalized travel advice and recommendations.
- Create detailed and customized travel itineraries for international destinations, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and special requests.
- Present travel plans in a clear and compelling manner to clients.
✅ Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Actively promote and sell international travel packages with unique experiences and value-added services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective strategies and customer relationship management.
✅ Industry Knowledge & Supplier Relations:
- Stay updated on international travel destinations, trends, visa requirements, and industry developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers.
✅ Customer Service & Support:
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning and booking process.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly.
✅ Reporting & Performance Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports and contribute to performance analysis.
Requirements:
✔ Proven experience as a Travel Consultant specializing in international destinations.
✔ Strong sales & negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
✔ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
✔ In-depth knowledge of international travel destinations, cultures, and industry trends.
✔ Familiarity with travel booking systems & technology.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
✔ Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
