Job Title: Implementation Consultant
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹60,000 - ₹1,00,000 per month
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Contract Length: 12 months

The Implementation & Training Services team helps new and existing customers successfully onboard and launch client products through a consultative approach. As an Implementation Consultant, you will partner with a project manager to lead implementation projects across various verticals (K12, Higher Education, Corporate, Government). You will serve as the client’s main technical lead, working with departments to ensure successful product launches and providing technical solutions to meet client needs.
Main Technical Lead for Implementation Projects:
Conduct consultation workshops with customers to elicit and document requirements.
Design technical solutions using Client and partner products to meet customer needs.
Guide customers through the successful implementation of technical solutions.
Manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Deliver on customer commitments independently.
Create and provide documentation and resources to customers.
Collaborate cross-functionally to creatively solve challenges.
Scoping and Technical Solution Design:
Partner with the sales team to provide pre-sales support and scope out suitable products and services for clients.
Internal Knowledge and Process Improvement:
Share knowledge within the company to promote continuous learning.
Contribute to internal improvement initiatives.
Identify and resolve gaps in processes and documentation.
Provide guidance to other consultants in resolving complex technical cases.
Stay up-to-date with Client and partner products, processes, and new technology trends.
Other Responsibilities:
Participate in billable and non-billable tasks as needed.
Ability to instill confidence and influence customer decisions in a consultative manner.
Outstanding proficiency in collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, delivering creative solutions.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
Experience with the following technologies is considered an asset:
AWS
API Integrations, Github, Postman
Single Sign-On/Web Authentication
Business Intelligence Tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
XML
HTML/HTML5/CSS
SQL
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in the following areas is considered an asset:
Learning Management Systems (LMS)
SaaS Environments
Education or Corporate Training Sector
Public Company Experience
University degree/diploma or equivalent in a relevant field is considered an asset.
