Job Details:
- Position: Implementation Executive
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: ₹9,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per year (CTC)
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Hybrid Work Model)
- Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM (extensions to 1 AM on demand)
- Compensation Growth: Up to 50% salary increase in the first year for top performers
- Orientation: 3-6 weeks in Bangalore (travel reimbursed)

Role & Responsibilities
✔ Customer Success & Software Implementation
- Attend customer meetings online (night shifts) to take notes and create actionable tasks.
- Configure the Unifize application based on customer needs (training provided).
- Build PDF templates as per customer requirements.
- Troubleshoot non-technical issues raised by the team.
- Provide customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
✔ Product & Process Optimization
- Report software defects and follow up with the engineering team.
- Stay updated with new product features & releases.
- Contribute to improving implementation processes based on customer feedback.
- Support ad-hoc tasks & projects as required.
✔ Fast & Proactive Communication
- Respond quickly in the Unifize app to queries, especially in the initial onboarding phase.
- Regularly coordinate with Customer Success Managers & Co-Founders via Zoom.
