What Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a dynamic Oracle EBS+ Integration Lead Specialist with solid experience in support and implementation projects. The role involves leading a support and development team, focusing on the execution and support of Oracle EBS and Integration applications.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with P2P and O2C modules in Oracle EBS and Integration. You should be someone with 6-8 years of experience independently supporting and developing solutions in Oracle Integration.
Educational Qualifications:
- CA/MBA from a premier institution, or
- A strong technical background in Engineering, with a focus on Functional Expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the long-term technical vision for the team and organization.
- Build highly reliable, available, and scalable solutions within Oracle Integration to meet business needs.
- Lead the Support and Development (L3) team for Oracle EBS and Integration, with specific focus on Month-End Closing Support.
- Review SLAs and ensure adherence.
- Gather business requirements, plan, and design solutions.
- Coordinate with tech teams to develop integrations, reports, and other solutions.
- Participate in end-to-end Integration implementation.
Skills and Experience:
- Oracle Integration Functional Expert with 6+ years of hands-on experience.
- Strong knowledge of the P2P cycle and Financial modules in Oracle EBS.
- Experience in Oracle EBS Financials (AP, AR, GL, AGIS, FA).
- Deep understanding of Oracle Integration with modules such as Procurement, Finance, and setting up BPM approval rules.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Hub, FAH, Advanced Collections, and Bill Management is a plus.
- Expertise in the end-to-end P2P and finance procurement process.
- Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL, with experience in creating BIP reports.
- Familiarity with integration points (SOAP, REST APIs) and integration/EBS systems is beneficial.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is an added advantage.
- Experience in basic reporting and dashboard creation using OTBI.
- Experience in customizing application pages.
- Familiarity with data migration tools like FBDI/HDL Loader/ADFDI.
- Prior experience in EBS implementation and support.
