We are looking for a professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Transaction Advisory for the following contract models:
- EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction)
- DBO (Design, Build, Operate)
- PPP (Public-Private Partnership)
- HAM (Hybrid Annuity Model)
Key Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of GFR (General Financial Rules)
- Familiarity with FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers) guidelines
- Understanding of IFC (International Finance Corporation) and World Bank Procurement Guidelines
- Strong expertise in Pollution-related Acts and Notifications
