Job Description:
We are hiring experienced Travel Sales Consultants with expertise in handling PPC calls and Google Campaign calls. If you have a passion for travel sales and exceptional communication skills, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career in the US travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Inbound Sales: Handle inbound PPC-generated calls and convert leads into successful sales.
✔ Customer Service: Provide exceptional support by assisting customers with reservations, ticketing, and travel-related queries.
✔ Booking & Reservations: Create PNRs, make reservations, and sell airline tickets efficiently.
✔ GDS Expertise: Work on Amadeus GDS for reservations and ticketing.
✔ Sales & Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring high-quality customer experiences.
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 2 years of hardcore travel sales experience (US market preferred).
✅ Proficiency in Amadeus GDS (Basic knowledge required).
✅ Strong communication & negotiation skills.
✅ Graduate (or 2–3 years of experience in core US travel sales).
✅ Preferred candidates: Ex-employees of Xcelserv, Fareportal, TravelUnravel, Expedia Exchange, etc.
