Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Consultant to analyze and optimize customer data for actionable insights and automation. You will be responsible for maintaining Nexthink’s healthy operations, advising on best practices, and integrating Nexthink with customer processes.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Analyze & benchmark customer datasets to derive insights for ongoing operations.
✅ Identify & resolve common end-user computing issues in enterprise environments.
✅ Maintain & upgrade Nexthink platforms, ensuring system health.
✅ Provide advisory services on optimal Nexthink usage tailored to customer goals.
✅ Deliver automation opportunities & actionable insights to customers.
✅ Support internal customer initiatives related to Nexthink solutions.
✅ Build content & collaborate with specialized teams for advanced solutions.
✅ Integrate Nexthink with existing solutions and internal IT processes.
✅ Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while supporting customers.
✅ Stay updated on Nexthink’s product developments & releases.
✅ Travel up to 10% of the time for training at headquarters.
Qualifications & Skills
???? Education: BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
???? Experience: 3+ years in technical consulting, analytics, & automation.
Technical Expertise:
???? Proven experience in data analysis & transforming insights into automation.
???? Experience in end-user computing transformation projects (e.g., Win10, O365).
???? Deep understanding of IT operations in complex environments.
???? Strong knowledge of Windows & Linux clients & applications.
???? Hands-on experience with SQL, XML, Windows PowerShell.
???? Practical knowledge of data integration & automation scripting.
???? Preferred: Data science, scripting, and visualization tools for insights.
???? Experience in IT systems, enterprise/infrastructure management, security, or analytics.
???? Ability to quickly learn new technologies independently.
Soft Skills:
✔ Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
✔ Ability to collaborate across product & technical teams.
✔ Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, international environment.
