Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP Materials Management (MM) Specialist to manage procurement, inventory, invoice verification, and vendor evaluation processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP MM functionalities, including stock management, material requirements planning (MRP), and analytics.

1. Purchasing & Vendor Management
✅ Vendor Evaluation and Purchase Order (PO) Processing
✅ Invoice and Goods Receipt (GR) Verification
2. Inventory Management (IM)
✅ Stock Transfer and Transfer Postings
✅ Goods Receipt and Issue, Inventory Valuation
✅ Physical Inventory and Stock Counting
✅ Batch & Serial Number Management, Stock Analysis, and Reporting
3. Inventory Valuation (IV)
✅ Valuation Methods (FIFO, Moving Average, Standard Price)
✅ Material Price Control, Stock Adjustments, and Revaluation
4. Invoice Verification (IV)
✅ Matching Invoices with POs and GRs
✅ Resolving Invoice Differences, Tax Handling
✅ Vendor Reconciliation, Payment Blocking & Release
5. Consumption-Based Planning (CBP)
✅ Automated Requisition Creation
✅ Integration of MRP, Inventory Control & Optimization
6. External Services Management (ESM)
✅ Service Procurement & Invoice Processing
✅ Service Entry Sheets & Master Service Data
✅ Subcontracting Management
7. Vendor Evaluation & Reporting
✅ Evaluating Vendor Performance
✅ Generating Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, and Inventory Reports
8. Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
✅ MRP Types, Planning Strategies, and Forecasting
✅ Replenishment Plans & Procurement Proposals
9. Stock Transfers & Movement Types
✅ Internal & Inter/Intra-Company Stock Transfers
✅ Transfer Order Processing & Movement Type Setup
10. SAP MM Analytics & Reporting
✅ Material Master & Stock Level Analysis
✅ Purchasing Analytics & Procurement Reports
Qualifications & Requirements
???? Education & Experience
✔ Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
✔ 4+ years of experience in SAP Materials Management (Preferred)
???? Skills & Competencies
✔ Expertise in SAP MM Modules
✔ Strong knowledge of Inventory Valuation & Vendor Management
✔ Experience in MRP, CBP, and Procurement Processes
✔ Ability to analyze and generate reports using SAP MM
