We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Holiday Expert to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be skilled in designing, selling, and managing customized holiday packages. You should have a deep love for travel and tourism, paired with excellent customer service and itinerary planning skills.
Key Responsibilities
???? Client Consultation & Needs Assessment

Understand client preferences, travel goals, budget, and special requirements

Offer personalized travel recommendations based on interests and constraints
???? Itinerary Planning & Design

Create custom holiday packages including flights, accommodations, transportation, and local experiences

Ensure itineraries meet client expectations for comfort, excitement, and budget
???? Sales & Booking

Promote holiday packages to clients

Manage reservations and booking processes efficiently
???? Vendor & Partner Management

Liaise with hotels, airlines, and tour operators

Negotiate to secure competitive rates and exclusive deals
???? Customer Service & Support

Provide excellent pre- and post-travel support

Address client concerns and resolve travel-related issues promptly

Share relevant information such as local customs, weather, currency, and safety tips

Stay updated on destination trends and travel advisories
