About the Role
As a Consultant – Supply Chain Management, you will help clients solve complex supply chain challenges by configuring Kinaxis' Maestro software and ensuring they achieve business benefits.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to understand customer business requirements.

Support the Solution Architect in developing creative solutions.
-
Guide and mentor junior consultants on project teams.
-
Configure Maestro software and perform solution implementation.
-
Train end users on the configured solution.
-
Benchmark customer supply chain performance against industry trends.
-
Validate, test, and refine solutions based on user feedback.
-
Manage data integration and data-related activities.
-
Collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
Technologies & Skills We Use

Technical Skills: SQL, R, JavaScript, Python

Supply Chain Tools: Kinaxis, SAP, JDA

Problem Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
What We Are Looking For

8+ years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, demand management, or business software consulting.

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, or Statistics.

Strong understanding of supply chain concepts:

Statistical forecasting

Inventory management

Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

Scheduling
-

Passion for customer-facing roles with strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Ability to learn new applications (Maestro) quickly.

Self-motivated, thrives in fast-paced environments.

Open to extensive travel (75-100%) when required.
