Job Description:
We are looking for a fluent Spanish-speaking Travel Sales Consultant with a strong understanding of the travel industry and a customer-first attitude. If you are passionate about sales and customer service, join our dynamic team to assist international clients in booking flights, hotels, and vacation packages.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Customer Communication: Handle inbound & outbound sales calls and assist Spanish-speaking clients from US/UK markets.
✔ Sales & Conversions: Convert inquiries into successful bookings for flights, vacation packages, hotels, and travel-related services.
✔ Customer Support: Address and resolve queries related to reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
✔ CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions.
✔ Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
✔ Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on travel regulations, airline policies, and promotional offers.
Requirements:
✅ Fluency in Spanish & English (Mandatory).
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry.
✅ Strong sales & negotiation skills.
✅ Knowledge of travel booking systems (Amadeus/Sabre) preferred.
✅ Diploma or Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
