Job Type: Full-time
Shift & Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9-hour shift (between 9 AM - 8 PM)

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Consult & Book Travel:
- Arrange domestic & international business travel (flights, road, rail, and accommodations) for individuals and corporate groups
- Conduct research and analysis on travel options, offering proactive recommendations
✅ GDS & Compliance:
- Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, and Amadeus (Training may be provided)
- Ensure adherence to customers’ travel policies, service provider guidelines, and regulatory requirements
✅ Client & Team Support:
- Use professional communication techniques (written & verbal) for exceptional customer service
- Act as a trusted travel advisor, handling special customer requests and quickly resolving issues
- Collaborate with the team for coaching, mentorship, and feedback sharing
✅ Ex-India & Global Travel Exposure:
- Experience in catering to Ex-India Market is a must, along with exposure to APAC, EMEA, and NORAM regions
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Passion for Excellence in client service with a proactive approach
✔ GDS Expertise – Sabre or Galileo is mandatory
✔ Professional Communication Skills (verbal & written)
✔ Attention to Detail & ability to handle sensitive traveler information
✔ Industry Knowledge – Background in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservations
✔ Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to resolve customer issues independently and work with suppliers
✔ Team Player – Open to feedback and collaboration
