What You’ll Do:
✔ Travel Consultation: Advise and arrange travel for corporate business clients (individuals & groups).
✔ Travel Research & Booking: Conduct research and analysis to provide the best travel options.
✔ Domestic & International Travel: Arrange flights, hotels, rail, and road travel for clients.
✔ GDS Expertise: Use Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, and Amadeus (Galileo experience required).
✔ Policy Compliance: Ensure travel bookings adhere to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
✔ Customer Support: Handle special requests, problem resolution, and proactive traveler assistance.
✔ Collaboration: Work closely with your team, mentor colleagues, and provide constructive feedback.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience: Minimum 1 year in US & Asia travel bookings.
✅ Corporate Travel Expertise: Minimum 1 year in corporate travel bookings.
✅ GDS Skills: Native expertise in Galileo and Sabre (mandatory).
✅ Customer Service: Passion for excellence in client interactions and proactive service.
✅ Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
✅ Problem Solving: Ability to resolve customer issues independently.
✅ Tech-Savvy: Experience with chat-based travel booking platforms (preferred).
✅ Flexibility: Availability to work afternoon shifts (12-8 PM) and weekends as needed.
