Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Travel Consultant specializing in international travel packages. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, strong customer service skills, and the ability to create seamless travel experiences for clients.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Travel Planning & Booking: Assist clients in planning and booking international travel packages tailored to their preferences and budget.
✔ Customer Service: Provide personalized recommendations and promptly address inquiries & concerns.
✔ Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and regulations to offer accurate information.
✔ Coordination & Logistics: Work with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to ensure a seamless experience.
✔ Booking Management: Handle modifications, cancellations, and travel-related issues efficiently.
Requirements
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
✅ Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Senior Travel Consultant, specializing in international travel packages.
✅ Skills:
- Strong communication & interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of international travel destinations & services.
- Proficiency in travel booking software & reservation systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
