Role Overview – Travel Consultant
As a Travel Consultant, you will join a highly skilled team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to corporate business clients. This role offers opportunities for career advancement, with many of our Traveler Care leaders having started in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and arrange travel for corporate clients (both individuals & groups).
- Conduct analysis & research on travel options and anticipate traveler needs.
- Arrange & book domestic and international business travel (air, road, rail, accommodation).
- Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre or Galileo (mandatory). Training may be provided.
- Ensure compliance with travel policies, service provider policies, and regulations.
- Handle special customer requests using professional communication and positive service techniques.
- Collaborate with the team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback.
- Cater to Ex-India Markets, with exposure to APAC, EMEA, and NORAM regions.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Passion for excellence in client service with a proactive approach.
✅ GDS expertise (Sabre or Galileo is mandatory).
✅ Professional communication skills (written & verbal).
✅ Prior experience in travel industry (business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservations).
✅ Attention to detail and ability to act with integrity & confidentiality.
✅ Problem-solving skills – ability to resolve customer issues independently or with suppliers.
✅ Team player with openness to feedback and continuous learning.
