About the Role – Travel Consultant
As a Travel Consultant, you’ll be a key member of our highly skilled team, providing outstanding service to our corporate business clients. We take pride in our supportive culture, travel tech innovation, and career advancement opportunities—many of our Traveler Care leaders started in this very role!
What You’ll Do
✅ Travel Planning & Booking
-
Advise and arrange domestic and international travel for corporate business customers (individuals and groups).
-
Conduct research on travel options and proactively offer additional services to enhance the travel experience.
-
Book complex travel arrangements including air, road, rail, and accommodations using various Global Distribution Systems (GDSs) (e.g., Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, Amadeus).

Ensure compliance with clients’ travel policies, service provider guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
✅ Client Service Excellence

Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipating client needs and acting on special requests.

Use professional communication skills (written and verbal) to interact effectively with customers and stakeholders.

Provide quick and independent resolution of customer issues in collaboration with suppliers.
✅ Collaboration & Support

Work within your team to coach, mentor, and provide feedback to improve overall service levels.

Collaborate on process improvements to enhance the customer journey and operational efficiency.
✅ Regional Expertise

Exposure to the Ex-India market is mandatory, along with experience handling regions including APAC, EMEA, and NORAM.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Required Skills & Experience

GDS Expertise: Native proficiency in Sabre or Galileo is mandatory.

Travel Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of corporate, leisure travel, or airline reservations.

Client Focus: Passion for excellence in customer service and ability to anticipate traveler needs.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for effective client and team interactions.

Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to accuracy and the ability to safeguard personal traveler information.

Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and independently.

Team Collaboration: Open to feedback, with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
