Key Responsibilities
✈️ Flight Bookings & Reservations
- Assist customers with international flight bookings while ensuring accuracy and adherence to their preferences & budget.
???? Personalized Travel Assistance
- Provide tailored travel recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
???? Modifications, Cancellations & Refunds
- Process flight changes, cancellations, and refunds as per airline policies.
- Ensure compliance with regulations for hassle-free transactions.
???? Travel Industry Expertise
- Stay updated on airline rules, travel restrictions, and visa requirements for US/UK routes.
- Resolve customer issues & complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
???? Experience: Minimum 2 years in travel consulting (preferred).
???? Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of international flight reservations & customer service.
???? Skills: Excellent interpersonal & problem-solving abilities.
