Key Responsibilities
✔️ Consulting & Business Analysis

Assist in problem definition, solution generation, design, and deployment.

Explore alternative solutions through research, including literature surveys and vendor evaluations.

Build Proof of Concepts (POCs) for proposed solutions.

Create requirement specifications and define "To-Be" processes.

Develop detailed functional designs based on business needs.
✔️ Solution Configuration & Problem-Solving

Configure solution requirements for relevant products.

Identify and diagnose root causes of system issues and propose solutions.

Provide clarifications and alternatives to resolve challenges.
✔️ Process Optimization & Organizational Initiatives

Analyze current business processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology-driven solutions.

Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to enhance customer value.
