About the Team:
The Workday Success Plans Team is focused on customer post-Go-Live engagement, helping organizations maximize their investment in Workday. We offer various services, including feature demonstrations, configuration guidance, and deployment assistance.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate consultant or developer to join our Workday Success Plans Team. You will work with customers directly to help them drive business value using Workday applications. Your role will involve providing expert advice, solving configuration challenges, and delivering product demonstrations. You will also have the opportunity to work with some of the world’s leading organizations.
Primary Responsibilities:

Consulting:

Guide customers through Workday configuration and provide best practices.

Resolve product configuration challenges and optimize solutions.

Cultivate strong relationships with customers through consultations, presentations, and effective communication.

Feature Demonstration & Delivery:
-
Deliver webinars and showcase Workday’s capabilities to customers.
-
Contribute to customer feature adoption and help them get the most value from Workday.

Collaboration:
-
Collaborate with the team to deliver customer enablement services like Office Hours and configuration reviews.

Perform one-on-one customer configuration designs and full deployments of Workday features.

Continuous Learning:

Stay current with Workday certifications, product roadmaps, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:

Experience:
-
2+ years of Workday Extend experience (preferably certified).
-
4–6 years of Workday Integrations experience.
-
Hands-on experience with web services (REST or SOAP).
-
Familiarity with data formats such as JSON and XML.
-
Proficiency in programming languages (Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar).

A desire to learn about authentication technologies (OAuth, JWT, etc.).

Problem-solving mindset:

Ability to engage with customers and address their technical needs.

Other Qualifications:

Experience:
-
8+ years of experience in consulting or customer-facing environments.

Ability to certify in Orchestrate for Integrations (O4I).

Skills:

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.

Ability to multitask and handle multiple engagements and deliverables.

Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
