Location: Kolkata District, West Bengal
Pay: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
Schedule: Day shift | Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
???? Travel Planning & Product Development

Design, develop, and customize itineraries to meet modern travelers' needs.

Handle end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, experiences, and visas.
???? Client Interaction & Sales

Engage with clients over phone/email, providing expert travel advice.

Convert customer inquiries into bookings and revenue.

Deliver outstanding customer service to exceed expectations.
???? Supplier & Cost Management

Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and deals.

Manage budgets and cost optimization for travel plans.
???? Market & Business Development

Keep up with travel trends and customer feedback to enhance experiences.

Organize and attend tourism events, workshops, and exhibitions.

Provide regular reports to management on performance and trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ Education: Post-graduate preferred, but smart, confident graduates with a passion for travel are encouraged to apply.
✅ Experience:

Minimum 5 years of frontline sales/customer service in the travel industry (preferred).

If you have extensive international travel experience but no formal industry experience, we’d still love to hear from you!
✅ Skills: -
Exceptional written & verbal communication skills in English.

Strong customer orientation and relationship management.

Knowledge of travel operations, budgeting, and cost management.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
