The APAC Solution Consulting team is expanding into India and seeking experienced professionals to support our Go-To-Market (GTM) efforts. We’re growing our HCM and Workforce Planning portfolio and looking for passionate individuals ready to help customers transition from legacy systems to innovative Workday solutions.
As a Presales Solution Consultant (HCM), you will partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, providing strategic consultation, impactful demonstrations, and thought leadership that highlight the value of Workday's Human Capital Management solutions.
Discovery & Consultation:
Engage in discovery workshops with stakeholders to understand business needs and HCM processes.
Partner with sales teams to develop tailored, value-driven propositions.
Solution Design & Presentation:
Conduct compelling product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and solution overviews.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed and relevant content aligned to customer goals.
Influencing & Relationship Building:
Build strong relationships with key customer influencers and decision-makers.
Establish credibility through industry expertise and a consultative approach.
Industry Focus:
Demonstrate expertise across industries such as FSI, Pharma, eCommerce, Retail, Manufacturing, and Professional Services.
Articulate the advantages of Workday's SaaS vs. traditional ERP systems.
Collaboration & Learning:
Work closely with internal teams and partners to co-create winning solutions.
Continuously update skills through Workday’s extensive training ecosystem.
10+ years in Presales, Services Consulting, or technical roles
3+ years' experience with HCM systems and processes
Proven background in HRIS, HCM consulting, or solution engineering
Strong understanding of functional HR areas: Talent Acquisition, Performance, Compensation, Benefits, etc.
Bonus if experienced in Workforce Planning, Time Tracking, or Employee Engagement
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to influence C-level HR executives
Ability to lead end-to-end solutioning with sales teams and partners
Comfortable in high-growth, rapidly evolving environments
Strong belief in the value of AI and modern SaaS technologies for HR transformation
