Job Purpose:
We are looking for a seasoned Travel Consultant with expertise in both international and domestic ticketing. The ideal candidate will assist clients with booking travel arrangements while ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in finding the best international and domestic travel deals based on their preferences.

Handle reservations, transfers, changes, and cancellations efficiently.
-
Book travel services including air tickets, rail tickets, hotel stays, and car rentals.
-
Monitor and sort GDS queues to ensure timely and accurate bookings.
-
Stay updated on airline rules, visa/passport requirements, and industry regulations.
-
Coordinate with inter-departments such as MIS and finance to support client requirements and recover payments.

Follow all assigned SLAs and deliver high-quality service.
Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate with IATA Certification (preferred).
-
5+ years of experience in international and domestic travel/ticketing.

Strong hands-on expertise in GDS platforms – Amadeus is mandatory.

Proven ability to work out international fares, routings, and basic visa processing knowledge.

Good understanding of travel documentation and airline fare structures.
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
