Job Responsibilities:
Study Abroad Consultation:
-
Counsel students on study abroad options, including universities, courses, and destinations.

Assist students with university applications, SOPs, LORs, and necessary documentation.
-
Guide students through visa application processes and requirements.
-
Stay updated on international education trends, scholarships, and policy changes.
-
Build and maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions.

Organize seminars, webinars, and promotional events to attract prospective students.
-
Manage student inquiries via email, phone, and virtual meetings.

Support students with securing financial aid, scholarships, and accommodation.
Social Media Management:
-
Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Create and share engaging content (blogs, videos, success stories) to promote our services.

Respond promptly and professionally to social media inquiries and comments.

Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and student engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
✔️ Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
✔️ Experience:
-
Prior experience in study abroad consultancy or international admissions is preferred.

Strong knowledge of university application processes and visa requirements.
✔️ Skills:
-
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple student cases efficiently.

Proficiency in English; additional languages (especially Spanish) are a plus.

Familiarity with social media management, digital marketing, or content creation is an advantage.
