Job Summary
Constellation Group is seeking a Technical Consultant with a diverse skill set in graphic design, website development, SharePoint, and technical writing. This role is focused on enhancing our digital footprint through visual storytelling, intuitive site structure, and engaging documentation. You'll play a vital role in modernizing our web presence and internal documentation while contributing to client-facing collateral.
Key Responsibilities
???? Design & Branding

Develop professional PowerPoint presentations for both internal and client use

Create custom illustrations, logos, and branding elements
-
Design visually engaging reports, whitepapers, and marketing materials
???? Website Design & Development
-
Redesign the company website for improved structure and usability
-
Remove outdated content and add relevant, up-to-date information
-
Build new pages that clearly showcase company services and capabilities
-
Ensure modern UI/UX best practices are applied
???? SharePoint Development
-
Build and maintain SharePoint-based solutions for internal use
-
Enhance collaboration and document management via custom features
???? (Bonus) Technical Writing

Draft and edit clear, concise, and professional documentation
-
Support the team with internal or external knowledge materials

Qualifications
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, IT, or related field

5–10 years of experience in technical consulting, graphic design, and SharePoint

Proficient in:
-
Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

HTML/CSS
-
Microsoft PowerPoint & Office Suite

SharePoint Development
-
-
Strong understanding of corporate branding, UI/UX, and content management
-
Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking skills
Preferred:

Experience revamping corporate websites and handling brand identity projects

Background in business consulting or IT services
-
Familiarity with SEO, web accessibility, and performance optimization

Ability to work independently in a fully remote team environment
Experience Required
