About the Team:
gTech Ads, part of Google’s global technical services division, supports advertising and publishing customers worldwide. The Scaled Technical Solutions team develops scalable, automated, and customized solutions for customers and partners across Google’s Ads product stack. Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, we aim to enhance the client experience, drive efficiency, and influence future product innovations.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with strong technical and stakeholder management capabilities. The ideal candidate will develop infrastructure and reporting tools, analyze complex datasets, and translate technical insights into clear business solutions that support customer decisions and drive performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with sellers, partners, and gTech Ads Solutions specialists to build data infrastructure and automated reporting solutions.

Translate business needs into scalable technical tools, dashboards, and reports using advanced data analytics.

Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover insights that support customer decision-making and business objectives.

Leverage measurement and analytics tools to develop customer-facing proposals and presentations.

Simplify complex data and technical concepts into easy-to-understand narratives for stakeholders and clients.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Proficiency in SQL, Python, data analytics, technical troubleshooting, and stakeholder engagement.

Experience in technical design and data visualization.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio).

Experience in a client-facing role with data-driven storytelling.

Familiarity with database management systems and SQL workflow automation.

Experience working with web technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, and HTML.

Strong coding skills in an object-oriented programming language (e.g., Python).

Demonstrated ability to manage and present complex data insights to executive-level stakeholders.
