Job Description
We are seeking a Travel Consultant with expertise in domestic and international flight bookings using GDS/CRS systems. This role involves assisting clients with reservations, cancellations, reissuances, and refunds while ensuring compliance with airline policies.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Flight & Travel Bookings
-
Manage domestic and international flight reservations using GDS platforms (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).
-
Handle hotel, rail, and other travel service reservations as required.
✔ Ticketing & Compliance
-
Process ticket issuance, cancellations, reissuances, and refunds while following airline regulations.

Provide guidance on fare rules, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
✔ Customer Support & Documentation

Assist clients with itinerary changes, emergency bookings, and travel support.

Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and travel documents.
Key Requirements

Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) – Mandatory
-
Strong understanding of airfare calculation, ticketing rules, and travel documentation

Prior experience in a travel agency, airline, or corporate travel desk (preferred)

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
