???? Pay: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Handle domestic and international flight bookings using GDS/CRS systems.
-
Manage hotel reservations, rail bookings, and other travel services.
-
Process ticket issuance, cancellations, reissuances, and refunds in compliance with airline policies.

Offer guidance on fare rules, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
-
Assist clients with itinerary changes, emergency bookings, and ongoing travel support.
-
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and travel documentation.
Key Requirements:
-
Mandatory proficiency in GDS systems: Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre.

Strong knowledge of airfare calculation, ticketing rules, and travel documentation.

Previous experience with a travel agency, airline, or corporate travel desk preferred.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume travel environment.
