Role Description
We are looking for a skilled Travel Consultant to join our team in Gurugram. This is a full-time, on-site role, where you will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, making reservations, and providing world-class customer service to ensure a seamless travel experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and other travel services.

Utilize GDS systems (Amadeus & Galileo) to efficiently book and confirm reservations.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and delivering personalized travel solutions.

Handle UK process travel requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international travel standards.

Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth resolution of client issues to maintain high client satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and booking platforms.

Work collaboratively with the team to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills Required

Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel industry, specifically handling UK processes.

Proficiency in GDS systems, particularly Amadeus and Galileo.

Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-centric approach.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Proven experience in travel consulting, reservations, and travel management.
