Key Responsibilities:
✔ Client Consultation: Advise clients on travel options, destinations, and packages based on their budget and preferences.
✔ Booking & Reservations: Handle flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel services.
✔ Coordination & Quality Assurance: Work with hotels, airlines, and tour operators to ensure top-notch services.
✔ Customer Support: Address inquiries, concerns, complaints, cancellations, and refunds efficiently.
✔ Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and promotions.
✔ Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
✔ Documentation & Processing: Prepare itineraries, booking confirmations, and tickets.
✔ Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to promote travel packages.
Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Experience: 2-3 years as a Travel Consultant or similar role in the travel industry.
✅ Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of global travel destinations, airlines, and hotels.
✅ Technical Skills: Familiarity with GDS systems (preferred).
✅ Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✅ Customer-Centric: Strong problem-solving and client-handling abilities.
✅ Time Management: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
✅ Attention to Detail: Organized and detail-oriented.
✅ Multilingual Skills: Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
