Job Purpose
We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to assist clients in planning international and domestic travel, ensuring smooth reservations, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Travel Booking & Reservations:
-
Assist clients in booking domestic & international flights, rail tickets, hotels, and car rentals.
-
Provide travel alternatives, changes, and cancellations as per customer needs.
-
Stay updated with airline rules, regulations, and current affairs.
✅ GDS & Fare Management:
-
Handle fare calculations, international routings, and visa processing.
-
Work on Global Distribution Systems (Amadeus CRS) for ticketing and reservations.
-
Monitor and manage GDS queues to maintain quality.
✅ Customer Service & Coordination:
-
Support clients with travel-related queries and ensure a smooth booking process.
-
Collaborate with finance teams for debt recovery from clients.

Assist interoffice departments with client requirements (MIS reports, documentation, etc.).
Qualifications & Experience
✔️ Education: Graduate with IATA Certification preferred.
✔️ Experience:
-
Minimum 3+ years in both International & Domestic Travel/Ticketing.

Hands-on experience with Amadeus CRS (Computer Reservation System).
-
Strong understanding of visa & passport norms.
✔️ Skills Required: -
Excellent communication & customer service skills.

Strong knowledge of fare calculations & travel policies.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
