We are looking for a Travel Sales Consultant to manage and handle travel bookings for both B2B & B2C clients. This includes creating itineraries, selling holiday packages, booking flights, and managing visa arrangements. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to handle various travel-related tasks and customer queries.
Travel Bookings: Manage travel bookings for both B2B and B2C clients, including flights, accommodations, transfers, excursions, and special requests.
Client Engagement: Understand clients' travel needs, preferences, and budget to provide tailored travel advice.
Itinerary Management: Research, plan, and create itineraries to meet the needs of clients.
Booking Coordination: Handle all bookings using appropriate systems and ensure all arrangements are confirmed.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the trip. Resolve any issues or changes in travel arrangements.
Documentation Handling: Ensure all necessary travel documents (visas, insurance, etc.) are processed and handed over to clients on time.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients post-trip to improve service quality.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year as a Travel Sales Consultant or in a related role, or freshers welcome to apply.
Proficiency: Knowledge of travel booking systems and tools.
Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Sales Skills: Strong sales abilities with a customer-first approach.
Stress Management: Ability to handle stressful situations and multitask.
Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, restrictions, and the latest travel trends.
Teamwork: Ability to work in a team and independently.
Availability: Open to working rotational shifts, including late evenings and late nights.
