We are looking for a skilled Travel Consultant with hands-on expertise in Amadeus and Sabre GDS to join our Customer Experience & Operations team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will handle client travel arrangements with precision and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Utilize Amadeus and Sabre GDS to book:

Hotel stays

Rental cars

Other travel services

Efficiently process reservations, changes, and cancellations.

Ensure compliance with company policies, travel regulations, and client preferences.

Navigate and manage travel itineraries using both GDS platforms.

Stay updated on the latest GDS tools and functionalities.

Troubleshoot and resolve booking issues or system errors.
Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Travel Consultant with strong GDS knowledge (Amadeus and Sabre).
