You will assist in designing and managing customized holiday packages, ensuring a seamless and memorable travel experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
✈ Package Design: Assist in creating and customizing holiday packages, including flights, accommodations, activities, and local experiences based on client preferences.
???? Client Consultation: Understand travel needs and provide expert recommendations.
???? Vendor Relations: Build relationships with hotels, airlines, and tour operators to secure competitive rates and quality services.
???? Market Research: Stay updated on travel trends and destination insights to enhance package offerings.
???? Booking Management: Support reservation processes, confirmations, and itinerary management.
???? Customer Support: Assist clients before, during, and after their travels, addressing concerns and ensuring a smooth experience.
???? Sales & Promotion: Help promote holiday packages through social media, email campaigns, and travel fairs.
Qualifications
✅ Experience: No prior experience required – just a passion for travel and a willingness to learn!
✅ Skills:
???? Strong interest in travel and global destinations
???? Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
???? Basic computer skills; familiarity with travel booking systems is a plus
???? Ability to work independently and within a team
???? Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
???? Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
