Instead, our advanced algorithms search over 300+ travel websites simultaneously to provide the best fare options within seconds.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle corporate and individual travel bookings, including reservations, ticketing, fares, and hotel arrangements.
✅ Manage domestic and international itineraries with accuracy and efficiency.
✅ Work with GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo) for ticketing, fare calculations, cancellations, and refunds.
✅ Provide excellent customer service and effective communication via email and phone.
✅ Develop and maintain strong relationships with local travel agents, tour operators, hotels, suppliers, and tourist boards.
✅ Conduct B2B agent meetings and promote FareHawker’s travel services.
✅ Visit travel agencies for sales calls, updating them on B2B online and offline products.
✅ Market and promote FareHawker’s products across the travel industry.
✅ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through revenue generation.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
???? Education: IATA diploma or certification in Tours & Travel (Fresher/Experienced candidates eligible).
???? Experience: Travel industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
???? Technical Skills:

Sound knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo).

Proficiency in MS Office applications and email management.
???? Soft Skills: Excellent customer service, verbal & written communication skills.
???? Knowledge of: Corporate travel, travel technology tools, and B2B sales.
