Job Summary:
We are looking for a Travel Consultant to assist clients in booking holiday packages, primarily for Europe and other long-haul destinations. This role involves both sales and operations for fixed departures and group packages. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, customer service, and travel planning, along with strong knowledge of international destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
✈ Sales & Booking: Assist clients in selecting and booking holiday packages.
???? Travel Planning: Provide customized travel itineraries and quotes for transport, accommodation, sightseeing, and other activities.
???? Client Interaction: Handle traveler queries and understand customer requirements to offer tailored packages.
???? Operations Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth tour execution.
???? Reservations & Bookings: Manage hotel reservations, flight ticketing, and visa processing.
???? Post-Sales Operations: Handle invoicing and customer follow-ups.
???? Revenue Generation: Meet sales targets and contribute to company growth.
???? Tour Management: Ensure smooth execution of booked tours and assist clients with pre-trip formalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (essential).
✔ Sales-driven mindset with a passion for customer service.
✔ Experience in selling fixed departure packages (Europe preferred).
✔ Knowledge of international travel destinations, hotels, and airports (preferred but not mandatory).
✔ Familiarity with online booking systems for flights and hotels (preferred).
✔ Candidates with experience in Travel, Airlines, or Hospitality are preferred.
✔ Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Travel & Tourism (preferred).
