Key Job Responsibilities
✔ Supervise team performance and monitor calls/email transactions on a daily basis.
✔ Use different feedback modes and conduct team meetings to discuss evaluation scores, common issues, and best practices.
✔ Provide process/quality updates regularly.
✔ Identify areas of improvement and conduct refresher training sessions.
✔ Generate weekly, fortnightly, and monthly performance reports, along with action plans for improvement.
✔ Offer process improvement suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction levels.
✔ Participate in calibration sessions with Operations, Outsourced Partners, and Training teams.
✔ Ensure quality targets and customer satisfaction levels are met and exceeded.
Job Requirements
✔ Proficiency in Travel Technology: Computer reservation systems, GDS systems (Amadeus & Galileo) – Mandatory
✔ Knowledge of ADMs (Airline Debit Memo) and its application
✔ Fluency in English & Hindi; additional languages are an advantage
✔ Ability to interface with IT, HR, Training, and Operations for data collation and quality report generation
✔ Strong understanding of Domestic & International travel, including Business, Holidays, Group, and Individual travel
✔ Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle crises and escalations
✔ IATA certification is an added advantage
✔ Willingness to work in shifts if required
