Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience:
10 years of experience in customer-facing roles, including interfacing with executive stakeholders and managing and delivering IT technical implementations, transformation programs, or other initiatives.
8 years of experience in consulting, vendor or partner management, including selection, vendor operations, and negotiating agreements.
3 years of experience in a leadership role.
Experience in operational or sourcing capacity for Machine Learning data operations, content review, annotations, and ratings.
Experience executing service agreements, statements of work for extended workforce operations.
Experience in multi-vendor operations management for scaled operations and vendor relationship management.
Ability to communicate cross-functionally to multiple teams at all levels.
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

This position is highly consultative, focusing on advising and providing solutions to our Learning and Training services business stakeholders regarding their vendor needs. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and solutions provider, building strong relationships with both external partners globally and internal Google stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring the best possible value for Google in all vendor agreements.

Vendor Strategy & Selection: Lead the development and execution of the vendor strategy, sourcing, selection, discussions, and agreements for managed services providers, primarily focused on the Learning Services vertical.
Cost-Effective Operating Models: Develop scalable, cost-optimal operating models, solutions, and service capabilities, including gig-based delivery models for time-bound projects and ongoing operations.
Solutions Provider & Advisor: Manage the overall relationship with the Learning and Training Business teams and engage with cross-functional teams at Google to drive results.
Supplier Performance Management: Drive supplier performance through structured governance and performance measurement mechanisms, ensuring service quality and value addition.
Strategic Initiatives: Identify, prioritize, and deliver scalable solutions and strategic/operational initiatives globally to transform services and measure business impact. Provide insights to leadership and inform innovation.
