Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience:
10 years of experience in customer-facing roles, including interfacing with executive stakeholders and managing IT technical implementations, transformation programs, or similar initiatives.
8 years of experience in consulting, vendor or partner management, including selection, vendor operations, and negotiating agreements.
3 years of experience in a leadership role.
Experience in operational or sourcing capacity for Machine Learning data operations, content review, annotations, and ratings.
Experience executing service agreements, statements of work for extended workforce operations.
Experience in multi-vendor operations management for scaled operations and vendor relationship management.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across all levels.
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
The Google Cloud Platform team helps customers transform and build what’s next for their businesses using cloud technology. As part of the rapidly growing Google Cloud team, you will play a key role in understanding the needs of customers and shaping the future of how businesses use technology.
This is a consulting-heavy role focused on advising and providing solutions for the Learning and Training services business stakeholders, particularly around vendor needs. You will act as a trusted advisor, build strong relationships with external partners globally, and work with internal Google stakeholders to secure the best value for Google in vendor agreements.
Vendor Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and execution of the vendor strategy, sourcing, selection, and agreements with managed services providers, primarily in the Learning Services vertical.
Cost Optimization: Develop scalable, cost-optimal operating models and solutions, including gig-based delivery models for both time-bound projects and ongoing operations.
Consulting & Relationship Management: Act as a solutions provider and trusted advisor to the Learning and Training Business teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams across Google to drive results.
Supplier Performance Management: Drive supplier performance by implementing structured governance and performance measurement mechanisms around service quality and value addition.
Global Initiatives & Business Impact: Identify, prioritize, and deliver scalable solutions while running strategic/operational initiatives globally, measuring the business impact, and providing insights to leadership for further innovation.
