Bachelor’s degree in Business, a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in customer-facing roles, including interfacing with executive stakeholders and managing IT technical implementations, transformation programs, or similar initiatives.
8 years of experience in consulting, vendor or partner management, including selection, vendor operations, and negotiating agreements.
3 years of experience in a leadership role.
Experience in operational or sourcing capacity for Machine Learning data operations, content review, annotations, and ratings.
Experience executing service agreements, statements of work for extended workforce operations.
Experience in multi-vendor operations management for scaled operations and vendor relationship management.
Ability to communicate cross-functionally to multiple teams at all levels.
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

This is a consulting-heavy position focused on advising and providing solutions for Google’s Learning and Training services stakeholders regarding their vendor needs. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, manage relationships with external partners globally, and engage with internal Google teams. You will also be responsible for securing the best value for Google in vendor agreements.
Vendor Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and execution of vendor strategy, sourcing, selection, negotiations, and agreements for managed services providers, particularly in the Learning Services vertical.
Scalable Solutions: Develop scalable, cost-optimal operating models, solutions, and service capabilities, including gig-based delivery models for both time-bound projects and ongoing operations.
Solutions Provider & Advisor: Serve as the solutions provider and advisor, managing relationships with Learning and Training business teams and collaborating cross-functionally within Google to drive results.
Supplier Performance Management: Oversee supplier performance through structured governance and performance measurement mechanisms to ensure service quality and value addition.
Strategic & Operational Initiatives: Identify, prioritize, and execute global initiatives to scale and transform services while measuring business impact. Provide insights to leadership and drive further innovation.
