- Position: Freelancer - Virtual Hiring Consultant
- Job Type: Full-time | Freelance | Contractual / Temporary
- Salary: Commission-based (Potential CTC: ₹3,00,000 per annum)
- Work Schedule: 5-6 hours daily (10 AM - 6 PM)
- Location: Remote / Work from Home
Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced recruiter with a background in bulk hiring for BFSI roles. If you're a self-motivated professional with strong sourcing skills and access to job portals, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end bulk recruitment for BFSI positions.
✅ Use your own job portal access or free portals like Indeed for sourcing.
✅ Utilize company-provided data to reach out to candidates.
✅ Ensure a minimum of 5 relevant candidate lineups per day.
✅ Follow up with candidates until onboarding & coordinate effectively.
✅ Maintain tracking reports as per company formats.
Candidate Requirements:
✔ Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience (especially in bulk hiring).
✔ Good understanding of Banking & Insurance job roles.
✔ Access to job portals to source candidates independently.
✔ Strong communication & organizational skills.
✔ Reliable internet connection, laptop/desktop, & a dedicated workspace.
Earning Potential & Benefits:
???? ₹10,000 per candidate after completion of 90 days in the role.
???? Bonus of ₹6,000 for 3+ closures in a month.
???? Bonus of ₹10,000 for 5+ closures in a month.
???? Fixed CTC of ₹3,00,000 per annum after consistently achieving 3+ closures for 6 months.
???? Flexible work-from-home opportunity.
???? Internet reimbursement for seamless work.
⛔ No payout will be made if the candidate leaves within 90 days.
