About the Role:
We are hiring an AI Expert to build and lead our AI Consultation Division in India, designed to support businesses that serve their own end clients. The primary goal of this division is to offer strategic AI guidance and implementation support to partner businesses, enabling them to integrate AI into their offerings and operations.
This role blends deep technical knowledge with a consultative mindset and the ability to translate AI potential into business value.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and lead the AI Consultation Division, focusing on enabling B2B clients to adopt AI-powered solutions.

Work closely with partner businesses to understand their needs and co-create tailored AI use cases for their clients.

Build, fine-tune, and deploy AI/ML models and LLM-based solutions aligned with specific business objectives.

Develop and implement AI agents, chatbots, and automation tools using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, and others.

Conduct workshops, demo sessions, and training for client-facing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption.

Guide partner businesses on integrating AI into their internal systems, platforms, or product offerings.

Maintain clear documentation and provide technical leadership during solution development and delivery.

Stay ahead of the curve with developments in LLMs, generative AI, and enterprise AI applications.

Support pre-sales efforts, including POCs, proposals, and solution pitches tailored to client industries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on applied AI.

Strong experience working with LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, etc.) and transformer-based models.

Practical knowledge in designing AI agents and automation workflows using platforms like LangChain, Pinecone, OpenAI APIs.

Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.).

Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and API integration.

Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with non-technical business partners.

Consultative mindset with experience supporting B2B or B2B2C clients.
