What You'll Do on a Typical Day:

  • Client Support:
    • Demonstrate detailed product knowledge when assisting clients via phone and email.
  • Event Website Management:
    • Create online attendee registration websites in line with client branding.
    • Consult with clients on design and functionality to meet their goals and objectives.
    • Develop reports based on event requirements and share them with clients and internal teams.
    • Thoroughly test event websites before launch.
  • Mobile App Management:
    • Create and maintain mobile apps from concept through launch on Apple and Google Play stores.
    • Provide best-practice solutions and support to help clients achieve their objectives.
  • Template & Process Support:
    • Create and update templates based on client requirements.
    • Partner with operations and account management to support long-term client goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ work experience, ideally in the meetings, software, or high-tech industry.
  • Skills & Abilities:
    • Strong, confident telephone presence and customer presentation skills.
    • Ability to simplify complex concepts for non-expert audiences.
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
    • Experience with platforms such as Cvent, Splash, e-Touches, and Crowd Compass is a plus.
    • Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development is a plus.
    • Photo editing skills (e.g., Photoshop) are advantageous.
    • Must be able to work effectively in a global, distributed team environment.
