Job Overview
As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our marketplace strategies and revenue models. Your work will involve leveraging machine learning and advanced analytics to extract insights from Indeed’s vast job, resume, and application datasets.
This is not just an analytical role—you'll be responsible for solving complex challenges, building scalable ML models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve job seeker and employer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance revenue models and improve overall customer experience.
✔ Develop and optimize ML models to scale solutions for production.
✔ Conduct A/B testing to measure the impact of model improvements.
✔ Break down large AI initiatives into actionable projects with incremental business value.
✔ Provide technical mentorship to data scientists, software engineers, and ML engineers.
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
✔ 3+ years of industry experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or ML Engineering.
✔ Proven success in deploying ML models into large-scale production systems.
✔ Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
✔ Experience working with Deep Learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
✔ Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
Preferred:
✔ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
✔ Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
✔ Knowledge of big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
✔ Previous experience in revenue optimization and marketplace analytics.
